Our basic medical plan in the US is a platinum plan from United Healthcare. We pay 80% of the premium for both employee and eligible dependents. We also offer a premium dental plan and a standard vision plan from Guardian. Our plan also includes a health FSA, dependent care FSA, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage. And every month, employees get allowances of $250 for cell phone and Internet, $250 for meals, $200 for fitness, $200 for wellness, $100 for coffee, and $100 for learning.
