Smart Dunning Management

Subskribe now offers Smart Dunning Management to recover failed payments automatically and reduce churn.  This new feature helps you maximize revenue recovery with a fully automated system that intelligently manages payment retries and customer outreach.

Key capabilities include:

  • Configurable automated payment retries
  • Dunning email workflows to notify customers and encourage action
  • Self-service payment method updates via secure customer portal

CRM enhancements

Guided Selling from Salesforce

Users can now trigger the guided selling workflow on Subskribe right from their Salesforce Opportunities, via a new button called “Guided Selling Build Order.”
This is available in Managed Package Version 1.88. 

Import Contacts for Reseller Accounts
Users can now import reseller accounts from Salesforce and Hubspot while building their orders 

Hubspot Company’s DBA (Doing Business As) name or legal name as Subskribe Account name
When syncing companies from HubSpot, users can now choose whether to use the DBA name or Legal name as the Subskribe account name.

Decouple Bank Account from Accounting

Subskribe now allows users to configure & define bank accounts in the system without needing to set up accounting. This allows for Quoting + Billing systems to still track payments to bank accounts and easily record bank fees during payment acceptance.

Approval Workflow Enhancements

Users can now create approval workflows based on the presence of specific predefined terms, plans, or products within orders.

Docx Configurations for Admins

Admins will now be able to configure Docx downloads of order forms for other roles in their organizations. Admins will also be able to configure Docx format based order forms as password protected.

Plan Level Discounts

Users will now be able to do goal seeking for the individual plans. This is useful when a plan is sold as a bundle consisting of multiple charges.

CRM Enhancements

Subskribe Order Types support for Hubspot and Salesforce
All Subskribe Order Types (New, Amendment, Renewal, Cancel, Cancel and Restructure, and Amend and Renew) are now supported from both Salesforce and Hubspot. This makes Subskribe - CRM integration even more seamless. 

Item Code sync to Salesforce
“Item Code”, charge level field on Subskribe is now synced to Subskribe Order Lines on Salesforce. This feature allows you to group cohorts of SKUs for your Salesforce reporting. This feature is already supported on Hubspot

Order currency for Salesforce Integration

CRM originated orders are now automatically defaulted to opportunity currency on Salesforce

CRM Id updates
Admins can now update opportunity Ids on orders and CRM Id on their Subskribe accounts by themselves.

CRM Opportunity level custom fields are now available on Subskribe Orders
Custom fields synced from CRM opportunities to Subskribe opportunities via Custom Field Mapping feature are now available on Subskribe orders for various Zeppa based customizations and Renewal Uplifts.

Guided Selling Enhancements

Subskribe has introduced added logic for building out orders via Guided Selling

CPQ to QTR Migration

Subskribe has introduced a powerful new migration wizard that enables a streamlined transition from CPQ to Quote-to-Revenue (QTR). With just a few guided steps, admins can convert their CPQ environment into a fully operational QTR environment that includes billing and revenue system. Key capabilities include:

  • Flexible configuration of GL accounts and revenue rules
  • Automated generation of historical invoices & revenue postings
  • Iterative preview of GL Reports before finalizing the migration

This tool significantly reduces manual effort and ensures accuracy, giving you full control and visibility ahead of your QTR go-live.

HubSpot enhancements

Subskribe now syncs “Recurring Total” and “Non Recurring Total” fields to Subskribe Subscription object on Hubspot.

As amendments happen to the subscription, Subskribe updates these values on CRM in real time.

Smart Approvals

Subskribe now supports Smart Approvals. No more unnecessary approval cycles when quotes are modified. Smart Approvals intelligently preserves relevant approvals during revisions while invalidating only those that need fresh review.

The system automatically compares attribute values (like discount percentages or payment terms) against original approved values to determine which workflows truly need reapproval. Configure any approval workflow as "smart" based on your governance requirements.

AI enhancements - Account search and order creation in a Multi-Entity environment via Slack

Subskribe’s DealDesk AI now supports the capability of searching for specific accounts as well as building orders in a multi-entity environment via Slack commands.

Custom billing for amendment, renewal and cancel and restructure order types

Subskribe now supports the ability to define custom billing cadences on amendment, renewal, and cancel+restructure order types.

Renewal uplift

Subskribe now supports renewal uplift on list prices. The system will ensure that list prices of renewed SKUs are incremented by an uplift percentage specified by the user on renewal orders.

Enhancements to “Percentage Of” charge

Following enhancements are made to “Percentage Of” charge type:

  • Price overrides are now allowed for “Percentage Of” charge type
  • You can now add draft and deprecated plans as target plans to  “Percentage Of” charge type

Ability to filter plans based on custom fields on objects

Subskribe now supports plan filtering customization that enhances sales reps selling experience by filtering plans based on custom fields on various objects e.g. Subskribe can sync the CRM opportunity or account level custom field to Subskribe and based on the value of that custom field, automatically filter plans for sales reps while they are building orders/quotes.

Negotiated price tiers

Subskribe now supports sales reps to negotiate Block, Tiered, and Volume Discount pricing models. On a deal-by-deal basis, sales reps can negotiate with prospective customers on the quantity bands and price tiers for any pricing model, and approval workflows support the review & approval of negotiated price tiers.

FX Transactions

Subskribe now fully supports foreign exchange capabilities for financial transactions. Track all foreign exchange transactions against an entity’s base currency for invoices, payments, credits, refunds and all realized gain loss transactions, along with deferred revenue, contract asset, and revenue balances.

Email is sent when invoice is paid

Subskribe has introduced automated emails to your customers when payments have been successfully received via automated payment gateways.

Ability to update order attributes

Sales reps can now update the following attributes on the order without having to move the order back to draft:

For orders in Submitted for Approval and Approved stages 

  • Order Name 
  • Billing and Shipping Contact 
  • Opportunities (Open)

For orders in Executed stage

  • Order Name 
  • Opportunities (Open)

Allow Sales and Sales Manager role to edit subscriptions

Now, Sales and Sales Manager roles can also edit attributes on subscriptions e.g. Billing and Shipping Contacts, PO Number and Invoice Recipient Lists etc.

Ability to revert signed order forms to draft

Sales reps can now revert the signed order forms to draft, if they want to edit the orders post signature process e.g. for changing the order start dates. They can optionally reinitiate the eSignature process too before order execution.

Submitter notes in slack approval request messages

Subskribe now sends submitter notes (up to 3000 characters) in the slack approval messages

Guided Selling - Duplicate Plans

Subskribe now supports the capability to duplicate a plan during Guided Selling workflows.

Order execution is blocked if eSignature is in progress

Order execution is blocked now if the active eSignature process is in progress on the order

Update billing and shipping contacts, and opportunities on orders

Sales reps can now update billing and shipping contacts, and opportunities on new and renewal orders, even while they are in “Submitted for Approval” or “Approved” state. This capability will soon be made available for other order types as well.

Ability to revert signed order forms to draft

Sales reps can now revert signed orders forms to draft, make appropriate edits and send them out for signatures again, if necessary.

Allow price override for % of charges

Customers can now configure and execute price overrides for % of charge types.

Account Legal Name synced from CRM to Subskribe

Subscribe’s customers that maintain legal names of their customers as custom fields can now request us to have the legal names synced to Subskribe accounts.

CRM Field Mapping

Customers can now map custom fields between their CRMs (Hubspot and Salesforce) and Subskribe through an intuitive bulk upload process. This powerful self-serve capability supports bidirectional field mapping, ensuring that your critical business data flows seamlessly between the two platforms for accounts, opportunities, orders, and subscriptions.

This feature is available on request, please reach out to your POC in Subskribe, if you wish to leverage this capability.

Reporting enhancements

Subskribe has introduced the ability to report on multi-attribute pricing within Advanced Analytics. This allows for pricing insights and trend analysis around multi-attribute pricing.

Catalog import now supports plan and charge custom fields

While importing product catalog, customers can now also import plan and charge level custom fields without needing to contact Support.

Support for plan bundling in order and invoice templates

Order Form Templates and Invoice Templates now support bundling of plans by a plan custom field to display related charges as a bundle in their Order Forms and Invoice Templates.

Israeli Shekel currency support

Subskribe now supports the Israeli Shekel

Invoice/dunning list at entity/tenant level

Customers can now request us for email addresses on which their invoice or dunning emails need to be CCed.

Note: The feature is still not available as self serve, so please reach to your POC at Subskribe for access.

Display Rate Card Price up to 5 decimal points

Rate cards now support currencies up to 5-decimal precision. This supports use cases where there are a large quantity of small value items. e.g. $0.00012 / unit pricing.

One-Time Charge Debook

Subskribe has introduced the capability to refund one-time charges that are amended or cancelled mid-term. By allowing refundable values to be booked against one-time charges, sales reps now have full refund capabilities across the quoting sphere while finance teams are automatically provided all billing and refund adjustments needed to handle the modification.

Reporting enhancements

For users leveraging Subskribe’s Advanced Analytics capabilities, a new Deal Desk Command Center dashboard has been published in the Standard Reports folder. The Deal Desk Command Center looks to highlight various ARR, ACV, and Cohort information related to executed and active deals while also providing insight into upcoming renewals, pending approvals, who is delaying pending approvals, and high-value deal tracker.

Payment Webhook Notification

Subskribe has introduced a new webhook for ‘Payment Processed’. This webhook will notify you once a payment has been created and applied to an invoice within the system.

Brazilian currency support

Subskribe now supports the Brazilian Real (BRL)

Support for subscription level custom fields

Subskribe now supports subscription level custom fields. Order level custom fields values are automatically coped over to subscription custom fields. Additionally, if the values are updated during amendments, the subscription custom fields are updated too.

Recurring and Non recurring discounts sent in Approval notifications

Recurring and non recurring discount amounts and percentages are now sent in both slack and email approval notifications giving approvers a better visibility into the deals

Rate Card attributes are synced to Salesforce

For order items consisting of rate card based charges, Subskribe now syncs price attributes related details (name and value) to Subskribe Order Lines on Salesforce. This capability has already been delivered in the last release for Hubspot

Delete Subscription Support for Cancel and Restructure Orders

Users can now delete subscriptions that were generated from Cancel & Restructure composite orders. The new subscription created from the Restructure order is deleted, and the cancel order is deleted which re-activates the previously cancelled subscription.

Import Contacts support for Cancel and Restructure Orders

Sales reps can now import contacts from CRMs for cancel and restructure orders as well, a capability that was earlier available for other order types

Discount Lines

Sales reps can now add dedicated discount SKUs to their orders for added flexibility. These discount SKUs can either be recurring or one time, and allow sales reps to retain the list prices of the items during amendments and renewals. 

Additionally, discount lines are automatically factored into order-level discount calculations and approval workflows.

Plan Replacement

Customers can now designate replacement plans for their existing plans and configure whether these replacements should occur automatically at renewal time, or just the availability of replacement plans is notified to sales reps while building orders, allowing them to make case by case replacement decisions as they build renewals. When plans are replaced, the system intelligently carries over discounts and quantities for charges with matching names and models. This feature significantly streamlines the renewal process for scenarios involving price increases, pricing strategy changes, and product packaging updates, reducing manual intervention from deal desk teams.

Deprecated plans can be added to renewals

Users can now duplicate and ramp deprecated plans on their renewals. This capability was only available for active plans previously.

Custom fields are copied over to duplicate plans

When a plan is duplicated, plan and charge level custom fields are now copied over to the duplicated plan.

Reporting enhancements

Subskribe has added additional reporting areas within our Analytics tool which include Account Counts, Cohort reporting, Account Age over time and Account Activation Month for ARR analysis.
